It heats itself automatically when the charging current is above 4A, so it can charge safely below freezing, and its UL94 V-0 casing resists fire. Bluetooth lets you check it from your phone.

Manufacturer’s warranty: 7 years, prorated. Prorated: replacements in the first 12 months are free; after that Renogy charges a share of the original price based on the time used. Solar panels, chargers and other items included in a bundle are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty.
